Please note as the bespoke Name Collection items are handmade, your order will take up to 3-4 weeks to be made and shipped. We will make sure to send you regular email updates along the way!

If you have any other items in your order (not from the Name Collection), these will be dispatched within 1-2 working days and a separate shipping confirmation email will be sent. When your Name Collection item is ready, a second shipping confirmation will be sent to you, so that you can track your parcel right to your door!
