We're sorry to say that we cannot accept the return of personalised items, as these have been custom-made bespoke for you. Personalisation includes Name Collection items, and items with engraving, or personalised metal lettering.

For hygiene reasons, please note that pierced earrings are also excluded from exchange or return.

We also cannot refund gift bags, gift boxes or gift cards.
