Can I exchange my item?Updated 2 years ago

We understand that sometimes switching up the colour or style of your item makes all the difference, so if you purchased your item within the past 100 days, we will be more than happy to swap for an alternative. 

Send us an email at [email protected], where our friendly customer service team will be happy to assist you with organising an exchange!

Just make sure that the item is still in its original packaging and in an unworn condition, with any tags or protective stickers intact. Please note we cannot accept exchanges for personalised items, or for earrings due to hygiene reasons.
